I'm Lamar Myers, founder of AI&I. I'm looking for someone in or around Tucson who's good with people to introduce what I've built to the right ones. This page answers the questions people usually ask before they respond — so you can decide if it's worth your time before either of us spends any.

Is This Legit

Q

Is this a scam? It sounds too good.

A

Fair question — I'd ask the same thing. Everything above is real and already live, not a pitch deck. There's no catch because there's nothing for you to pay: I only make money if you do, which means I only win if this actually works for you too.

Q

Can I actually see the products before I commit to anything?

A

Yes — that's exactly what the chips above are for. Ask me for a link to any of them when you reach out, or I'll walk you through them live.

The Money

Q

Why is there no base pay at all?

A

Honestly — cash flow. I don't have working capital to guarantee anyone a paycheck right now. That's exactly why the split is 50% instead of the 10–20% you'd see at most companies. I'm trading a guarantee for a bigger upside on your end.

Q

How much could I actually make?

A

Depends entirely on you — that's the honest answer. It's 50% of the revenue your introduction brings in, for 12 months after they become a paying customer. One good relationship could be worth real money. It could also be worth nothing if it doesn't pan out. That's the deal, both directions, and I won't pretend otherwise.

Q

How do I know I'll actually get paid?

A

Before any real lead changes hands, we put terms in writing — what counts, how it's calculated, when it's paid. You're not being asked to work off a handshake, and you're welcome to have someone look over the agreement before you sign anything.

Q

If I bring someone in, then stop working with you later, do I still get paid?

A

Yes. Anything you already introduced keeps paying out on its full 12-month schedule, even after you've moved on. You don't lose what you already earned.

What the Work Actually Is

Q

What would I actually be doing, day to day?

A

Talk to people. Tell them what I've built. If someone seems like a real fit, connect us. You're not selling and you're not closing — you're opening a door, and I walk through it.

Q

I don't really know anyone in tech or business — is that a problem?

A

Not necessarily. This isn't just for tech people — investors, event organizers, anyone with a network works. Being naturally good at meeting people and starting conversations matters more than your current contact list.

Q

Is this remote, or do I need to be in Tucson?

A

Either works. Tucson is preferred just because it's easier to meet in person early on, but remote is genuinely fine if that's not you.
